4 Easy Homemade Ice Cream Recipes Without an Ice Cream Maker

These lip smacking ice creams are fully vegetarian. Just churn some ingredients once and add your flavors. The creamy texture and taste will make you fall in love with it and will surely stop you from spending money on buying ice creams from the market. WARNING:  Avoid the use of water otherwise you’ll get ice crystals in your ice creams. Dry the Grinder and air tight containers with the cloth before pouring ice creams in them.

1. Coffee Icecream

Coffee is always preferred as a reviving ingredient that can suck your tiredness and make you energetic. For coffee lovers, nothing can be best than this creamy, coffee-flavored ice cream. The goodness of coffee with the mouth melting chocolate zest make it unbeatable.

Ingredients

  • Full Cream Milk  –  1/2 ltr (I have used Saras gold milk.)
  • Sugar  –  3 1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk Powder  –  3 tablespoon
  • Corn Flour  –  1 tablespoon
  • GMS Powder  –  1 1/2 tablespoon
  • CMC Powder  –  3 pinch
  • Cocoa Powder  –  1 tablespoon
  • Coffee Powder  –  1 1/2 tablespoon (You can vary the quantity of coffee according to your taste.)

Note:  (You can also use the mix of GMS + CMC Powder also known as stabilizer.)

Method

  • Take out some milk in a small bowl and let the remaining milk boil in a deep vessel.
  • Now mix the sugar, milk powder, corn flour, GMS, CMC powder in a bowl with some milk.
  • Mix this paste with the boiling milk and continue stirring it.
  • Boil it for 10-15 min on medium flame. It will start thickening.
  • Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.
  • Store it in the airtight container and freeze it for atleast 3-4 hrs.
  • Take it out from the freezer. Churn it for 5 min in the mixer grinder.
  • You’ll notice the fluffiness and creaminess while grinding.
  • Now add cocoa powder and coffee powder and grind it again for 1 min.
  • Pour it into an airtight container and freeze it.
  • Let the coffee ice cream set for few hours.
  • Scoop it and garnish the ice cream with coffee powder and nuts and relish yourself with this delicious homemade ice cream.

2. Kesar Pista Icecream

Kesar with crunchy pista bites.. uff… this kesar pista ice cream is irresistible. This Homemade Kesar Pista Ice cream make me feel nostalgic. It takes me to my childhood memories. A well-known desi ice cream that can add glitter to your dessert table.

Ingredients

  • Kesar Strands  –  8-10 strands (You can vary the quantity of Kesar and pista according to your taste.)
  • Pistachios (Pista) crushed or sliced  –  2 tablespoon (Keep some for garnishing.)
  • Full Cream Milk  –  1/2 ltr (I have used Saras gold milk.)
  • Sugar  –  3 1/2 tablespoon
  • GMS Powder  –  1 1/2 tablespoon
  • CMC Powder  –  3 pinch
  • Milk Powder  –  3 tablespoon
  • Corn Flour  –  1 tablespoon

Note:  (You can also use the mix of GMS + CMC Powder also known as stabilizer.)

  • Freeze it & let this flavorful homemade ice cream set for few hours.

3. Vanilla Tutti Frutti – Best Homemade Ice cream

Vanilla sounds very common, although all time favorite ice cream is now here with the twist. And I’m damn sure, You guys gonna love it. I was trying to experiment different flavors with vanilla and made this vanilla tutti frutti Ice cream. Trust me guys, this ice cream was hit in my family and relatives. So, don’t forget to try it and relish your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Essence  –  8-10 drops
  • Colorful Tutti Frutti (cherries) –  1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon for garnishing.
  • Full Cream Milk  –  1/2 ltr (I have used Saras gold milk.)
  • Sugar  –  3 1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk Powder  –  3 tablespoon
  • Corn Flour  –  1 tablespoon
  • GMS Powder  –  1 1/2 tablespoon
  • CMC Powder  –  3 pinch

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mint Leaves  –  3-4 leaves
  • Mint Essence  –  2-3 drops (optional)
  • Choco Chips  –  1/4 cup ( You can vary the quantity according to your taste.)
  • Green Food Colouring  –  3-4 drops
  • Full Cream Milk  –  1/2 ltr (I have used Saras gold milk.)
  • Sugar  –  3 1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk Powder  –  3 tablespoon
  • Corn Flour  –  1 tablespoon
  • GMS Powder  –  1 1/2 tablespoon
  • CMC Powder  –  3 pinch

  • Set it in the freezer for 3-4 hrs.
  • Scoop the soothing mint choco chip ice cream in a bowl, drizzle some melted chocolate on it and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
