  • Suji / semolina  –  1 cup
  • Fresh Cream  –  2 tbsp
  • Milk  –  2 cup
  • Finely chopped onions  –  1/2 bowl
  • Chopped capsicum  –  1/2 bowl
  • Sliced Olives  –  6-7
  • Finely chopped Green chillies  –  2 tbsp
  • Oregano  –  1/2 spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Minced Black pepper  –  1/4 spoon
  • Butter  –  2 tbsp
  • Bread Slice  –  5-6 pieces


  • Take a bowl and add suji, Milk and Cream in it.
  • Keep it for half hour. So that suji mixture can get bloated up.
  • Now add chopped onions, green chillies and olives in it.
  • Add salt, black pepper and oregano in this mixture.
  • It’s the time to spread this mixture on our pizza base..  means bread slice.
  • Pour 2 tbsp mixture on bread slice and spread it well.
  • Now heat the nonstick frying pan.
  • Put some butter on it. and place the pizza on it.
  • Roast it to make it crispy.

2. Soya Upma

  • Soya Granules ( Soaked in water)  –  1 cup
  • Oil  – 2 tbsp
  • Hing (Asafoetida)  –  1/4 spoon
  • Cumin seeds (Jeera)  –  1spoon
  • Grated Ginger  –  1 spoon
  • Chopped onions  –  1/4 bowl
  • Green chillies chopped  –  1 spoon
  • Urad dal  –  1 tbsp
  • Grated Carrot  –  1/4 cup
  • Finely sliced and chopped cabbage  –  1/4 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes  –  1/2 cup
  • Salt as per taste


  • Take a frying pan. Pour some oil in it.
  • When oil gets heated up. Put some jeera in it.
  • Then pour some Urad dal in it roast it till it become brown.
  • Now add hing and grated ginger in it.
  • Add onions, green chillies in it and cook until it turn to light brown.
  • Mix other vegetables ( chopped carrot, cabbage, tomatoes).
  • Add soya granules and salt in the vegetables.
  • Mix it well and then cover it with the lid for 5-10 min.

3. Orange Oats Pancake

  • Wheat flour   –  1 cup
  • Oats  –  1/2 cup
  • Orange peeled off and grated  –  1 tbsp
  • Roasted sesame (til)  –  2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onions  –  1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped tomatoes   –  1/4 cup
  • Granular chopped Parsley  –  1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice  –  2 tbsp
  • Olive oil  –  2 tbsp
  • Orange squash  –  2 tbsp
  • Salt  –  As per taste
  • Fruit salt  –  1-2 spoon as per taste
  • Low-fat butter  –  4 spoon


  • Take a big bowl. Put everything in that bowl except fruit salt.
  • Pour some water in it and mix it well. Make thick mixture of it.
  • Now put the nonstick tawa on flame and rub some butter on it.
  • Now mix fruit salt in the mixture.
  • When tawa gets heated up, pour some mixture on tawa and spread it like a chapati.
  • Apply butter on it and roast it.

4. Crunchy Chilli Toast

  • Bread slice (butter spread on it)  –  4 pieces
  • Finely chopped onions  –  1/4 cup
  • Chopped Green chillies   –  1 spoon
  • Grated Cottage cheese  –  1/2 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes  –  1/2 cup
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese   –  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves  –  8-10 leaves
  • Chilli Flakes  –  1/2 spoon
  • Oil  –  1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste


  • Cut the brown corners of the bread slices.
  • Take a frying pan and pour some oil in it.
  • Add onions, chopped chillies in the frying pan and roast it till it get brown.
  • Now add tomatoes in it and mix it well for 1 min.
  • Switch off the flame. Add mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese in it. Mix it well.
  • Sprinkle chilli flakes, salt and coriander leaves  on the mixture.
  • Spread this mixture on the bread slice.
  • Spread some mozzarella cheese again the bread slice.
  • Keep it in oven at 180 degree and let that cheese melt.

5. Healthy Bean Salad

  • Boiled Chickpea ( kabuli chana)  –  1 cup
  • Boiled Rajma  –  1 cup

  • Olive Oil  –  1 tbsp
  • Salt  –   as per taste
  • Black pepper  –   as per taste


  • Heat the oil in frying pan.
  • Put jeera and sauf in the frying pan.
  • Add onions and green chillies and roast it for some seconds till it get brown.
  • Now add tomatoes, boiled chana nd sweet corn.
  • Cook it for 2-3 min.
  • Pour lemon juice and honey in the salad.
  • Sprinkle Salt and black pepper on it.
