  • Frozen or fresh blueberries  –  2 cup
  • Fresh curd  –  1 cup
  • Milk  –  1 cup
  • Sugar  –  4 tbsp
  • Black Salt  –  1/4 tea spoon
  • crushed ice  –  2 tbsp


  • Take a jar and pour fresh blueberries, curd, sugar and black salt in it.
  • Blend them well.
  • Now add milk to it & mix it well.
  • Add crushed ice to the smoothie.
  • Garnish it with blueberries.

  • Cucumber sliced  –  1 cup
  • Mint Leaves (Pudina)  –  10-12 leaves
  • Fresh curd  –  1 cup
  • Water  –  1 cup
  • Chaat Masala  –  1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice  –  1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Salt  –  1/4 teaspoon
  • Crushed ice  –  1 cup


  • Take a blending jar & add cucumber, mint leaves, curd, water & lemon juice in it.

  • Mango flesh  –  1 cup
  • Curd  –  1/2 cup
  • Rooh afza  –  1 small spoon
  • Crushed ice  –  1/2 cup
  • Honey  –  2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon  –  2 pinch


  • Before making the smoothie, pour the rooh afza inside the serving glass.
  • Keep the glass in the fridge.
  • Now take a jar & add mango flesh, curd, honey & cinnamon.
  • Blend it well.
  • Now take out the glass from the freezer.
  • Add the crushed ice & pour the blended mixture into it.

  • Chopped Strawberries  –  1/2 cup
  • Curd  –  1 cup
  • Chilled Milk  –  1/2 cup
  • Crushed Ice  –  1/4 bowl
  • Strawberry slices  –  1 spoon
  • Sugar  –  1 tbsp


  • Blend the chopped strawberries, curd, & sugar finely.
  • Now add milk to it.

  • Orange juice  –  1/2 cup
  • Crushed ice  –  1/4 bowl


  • Peel off the banana & cut it into the chunks.
  • Take a jar & place the banana & strawberries into it.
  • Blend them well.
  • Now scoop the yogurt & sugar in the jar.
  • Pulse the mixture & pour orange juice.
