In a general perception, when it comes to speak about Importance of Water, people usually assumes that “I know what actual quantity of water intake should be & I take that adequate amount on daily basis.”

So, IN REGARDS TO ABOVE THOUGHT PROCESS, I was wondering that before starting and advancing further with this most important topic of healthy living, WHY NOT make you aware of some known about Importance of Water :

# About 800-1200 ml of water is  in Breathing and Respiration.
# About 900-1500 ml of water is LOST in Urine.
# About 100-200 ml of water is LOST in Feces.

# In total, About 1500-2800 ml of water is  through Lungs, Kidneys, Skin and Feces.

These facts were just to convey this message to you that irrespective of your proper intake of water according to you, one might be lagging that need as recorded through facts .

Coming on to the topic – Water is the most important nutrient of the body. One need to understand the Importance of Water and its need in depth. Every cell requires water for smooth and proper functioning of body.

Some drinking water benefits for our body to function properly:

# It helps in proper digestion and absorption of food.
# It participates in various chemical reactions and helps in forming structure of molecules.
# It regulates body temperature.
# Helps minimizing constipation and related issues.

% age of Water content in some commonly used :

# 85-87% of water is received by fruits like Apple, Oranges, Apricots, Grapes, etc
# 89% water is received by Onions.
# 50% water is received by Meat.
# Moreover, 1 Cucumber (Kheera) provides 45 ml of Water.

At Last, summing up with an IMPORTANT NOTE :-
High water intake is generally not recommended to the person having Kidney related problems.
