Interview dress tips for leaving an everlasting Impression..!!!!

So you’re looking for a new job… Well, No matter how qualified and educated you are, but common slip-up can ruin your chances of getting the job.

Before putting up some Interview dress tips in your vision, I would like to share a note with you guys.

“Recently, an article was published in USA Times about the dressing outfits of candidates appearing for an Interview. It stated that candidates prefer to wear jeans, sneakers, spiked heels or shiny sweat suits as their Interview dress, rather than going with a professional looking outfit..!!”

You need to understand that whatever the job, you want the interviewer to remember you for your personality and performance. Now, A Big Question you might be having in your mind – “What dress up should I prefer if the job type is not of Suit wearing work environment.??”

For that my dear friend, I would like to tell you that wearing a suit or a bit less formal dress than suit, will simply reflect how serious you are for your job Interview. Even then, If you think its inappropriate, then do take advice from professionals or your professors & they will tell you how much that matters.

Dressing for success is an important part of the interview. Dressing well will give a boost to your confidence.

Interview dress tips for Women:

# Conventional suit or coordinating jacket and knee-length skirt.
# Dark colors suggest authority but bright can work with care.
# Wear tights.
# Don’t wear lots of frills, trousers unless smart, low cut tops, or lots of make-up, perfume or jewellery.
# Make sure your hair is neat and tidy.
Very high heels are not wise – it’s important to feel comfortable in what you are wearing.

Interview dress tips for Men:

# Conventional dark-colored suit (black, navy or charcoal grey are good) with a conservative shirt.
# Plain pastel shades or modest stripes and dark polished shoes.
# Wear a belt and dark colored tie.
# Don’t wear light colored socks or too much aftershave!

An important note to keep in mind:-

Even if you are already aware of the fact the company in which you are going to appear for an Interview, & its employees dress up casually on the work desk, then too avoid going for an Interview in casuals. Remember, an Interview is always a professional meeting.

And last, but not the least – Be on Time. That shows your punctuality.
