In order to help you, I have simply collected a quick recipe guide of summer drinks so that you can easily enjoy them at home.

1. Carrot Apple Juice

This summer delight drink is rich in Vitamin A  as it contains carrot and Apple.  It’s loaded with bulk of nutrients which help you fight from illnesses.


  • Carrots – 2
  • Apple  – 1
  • Fresh ginger – 1/2 inch piece
  • Crushed Ice – 1 cup
  • Salt – As per taste


  • Wash the apples and carrots.
  • Peel the carrots and slice it.
  • Cut the apple in quarters.
  • Press sliced carrots, apple and ginger in the juicer or blend it in the blender for 2-3 minutes.
  • Filter this juice with the sieve.
  • Add some salt into it.
  • Now put some crushed ice in the glass and pour the juice into the glass.

2. Rich and healthy Tomato beet Juice

  • Tomatoes – 4
  • beetroot – 1
  • Fresh ginger – 1/2 inch piece
  • Black pepper – 1/4 spoon
  • Sugar – 1/2 spoon
  • Crushed Ice – 1 cup
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Peppermint (pudina) – 3-4 leaves


  • Slice the tomatoes into wedges.
  • Put tomatoes, beetroot and ginger in the juicer. Grind them.
  • Now add sugar, salt and black pepper into it and blend it well.
  • Filter this juice with the sieve.
  • Add crushed ice in the glass and pour this healthy summer drink into it.

3. Honey Lemon Tea

  • Black Tea – 1 small spoon
  • Lemon – 1 Slice
  • Cinnamon (Dalchini) – 1 piece
  • Honey – 1 spoon
  • Sugar – 1 small spoon


  • Put honey, sugar, cinnamon, black tea, and sliced lemon into a teapot.
  • Now add 2-3 cups of  boiled water and stir.
  • Keep this aside for 5 min.
  • Now filter the honey lemon tea with sieve and pour it into the glass.
  • Garnish it with lemon slice and serve this refreshing summer drink.

4. Kiwi Mint refreshing Juice

This is one of the very refreshing summer drinks for energy. The Kiwi Fruit has a unique flavor and it tastes sweet and tangy. With added mint and lemon flavor, this drink acts as a great appetizer to cool down the summer heat.


  • Kiwi – 1
  • Green Apple – 1
  • Peppermint (pudina ) – 8-10 leaves
  • Lemon juice – 2 spoon
  • Salt –  As per taste
  • Chopped kiwi and apple  – 1 tbsp ( for garnish)


  • Peel the Kiwi and slice it.
  • Now grind kiwi, apple and peppermint leaves in the juicer.
  • Pour this smoothie in the jug and mix lemon juice and salt in it.
  • Now garnish it with chopped green apples and kiwi.
  • Ready to serve.

5. Healthy Fruit Punch

This cool summer drink is basically a mixture of fruits and vegetables that is very rich in nutrition. Fruit Punch is refreshing and ought to be a healthy summer drink that provides the complete multi-vitamin and multi-minerals protection with appropriate concentration.

  • Orange juice – 100 ml
  • Mango drink – 100 ml
  • Pineapple juice – 100 ml
  • Lemon juice – 2 small spoon
  • Crushed Ice – 1 cup
  • Mix orange, mango and pineapple juice in the cocktail shaker or in the jug.
  • Shake it well.
  • Add lemon juice and crushed ice in it.
  • Release it into the glass.

6. Chikoo Milk Shake

Chikoo (Or Sapodilla) milk shake for summers is a good deal for breaking the heat inside. This fruit shake is beneficial for eye vision as Chikoo is a rich source of Vitamin-A. Even being a good source of anti-oxidants, it helps in the prevention of lung cancer, oral cavity cancer, etc.

  • Chikoo – 2-3
  • Sliced datepalm – 7-8
  • Cold milk – 2 cup
  • Sugar – 2 small spoon 
  • Peel the chikoo and take out their  seed.
  • Cut them into quarters.
  • Now blend chikoo, datepalm and sugar in the blender for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add Milk in it and grind it well.
  • Take it out in the glass and add handful of ice cubes in it.
  • Chikoo milk shake is ready to serve.
